A Washed-Out Friday

It's Friday, the day we all look forward to. Sun, sea, and sand were calling my name. I had been planning a fun-filled day at Seaview, a place where the waves crash against the shore and the wind whispers tales of adventure.

But life, as they say, had other plans. My friend Faraz, my usual adventure buddy, had a different idea. He was keen on visiting Mazar-e-Quaid, a place of historical significance and respect. While it's a noble cause, it didn't quite align with my beachy aspirations.

After a brief discussion, we realized that our plans were incompatible. So, instead of hitting the beach or paying respects to the Father of the Nation, we found ourselves back home.

To make the most of our unexpected staycation, we turned our attention to our schoolwork. I spent the day coding and designing websites, while Faraz took on the domestic duty of cleaning the house.

While it wasn't the thrilling Friday adventure I had envisioned, it was still a productive one. Sometimes, even the best-laid plans can change, and it's important to adapt and make the most of the situation
